I'm sure you are aware of the current tragic situation taking place in Afghanistan. This situation is close to my heart as I personally spent time in Afghanistan assisting with infrastructure development in Northern Afghanistan.
Together with nPraxis International we’ve found a way to evacuate my former translator and in total 350 active aid workers. All of these people find themselves in severe danger for their lives. Time is critical in this operation as things are quickly deteriorating in Afghanistan. We have to make this happen by Monday or Tuesday, at the latest, due to the planned military withdrawal on August 31st.
The only thing standing between us and starting the operation is the funding for it. nPraxis International is coordinating the donations. They’re a 501©3 organization founded in 2010 in Tennessee as a “new generation” of mission agency. They currently support 330 full-time missionaries.
Arrangements have been made to get all 350 people to the airport and onto the tarmac. We’ve also arranged to have an organization fly in and get them out. We simply lack the funding for the plane. We are asking your participation in raising $800,000 in order to get them out to another country. If the plan is not successful, all donations will be returned. You can contribute to this effort by donating through nPraxis International to the following Emergency Flight link.

Update: Good news! Three planes have been secured and are already in Afghanistan. It's been very busy and dynamic day trying to adapt to the constantly changing situation on the ground! We've been able to extend our deadline until midnight tonight (EST). We have raised $350,000 today, and need an additional $450,000 by night in order to get our people on these flights. Thanks again for all your support and the amazing generosity of everyone who has given and shared!
