Our Story
Journey
About fifteen years ago, nPraxis began with a simple conviction: the Kingdom of God can rise even in the hardest places. In communities where traditional church buildings are not permitted, families and friends began to gather quietly in their homes. These small circles of prayer and Scripture became the foundation of a growing discipleship movement of home fellowships.
In those early days, it could take three years for someone in a closed community to take their first steps toward Christ. Over time, something remarkable happened. What once took years began to unfold in months — first eighteen months, then six — and today, many are confessing Jesus as Lord within just forty-five to sixty days. Human hands did not plan this acceleration; the holy boldness of indigenous leaders stirred it, and soon the Spirit carried it forward like fire, spreading rapidly through networks of worship families.
We are seeing this movement take root across Muslim, Hindu, secular, tribal, and Christian backgrounds — places where the Gospel was once resisted or even forbidden, but where now the Kingdom is breaking through with surprising power.
From the beginning, nPraxis has served as a supporting ministry of the Seventh-day Adventist Church, walking in harmony with its mission. At the same time, we have been entrusted with ministries from our Protestant and Evangelical brothers and sisters who share the same Kingdom vision. Together, we are part of a global discipleship movement that is bigger than any single denomination — a movement centered on Jesus and His Kingdom.
Today, this movement has grown into more than 100,000 home fellowships across nearly fifty countries, guided by 450 indigenous leaders. Along the way, God has given us trusted partners, faithful supporters, and countless testimonies of transformation — from families reconciled to communities healed, from the persecuted standing firm in boldness to entire villages awakened to Christ.
We believe this is only the beginning. As the Spirit continues to move, we expect to see the Kingdom of God transform even more lives, families, and societies in the days ahead. We walk forward humbly, not in our own strength, but trusting Jesus to finish the story He has begun.
